- The client must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service. Motoiva is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- If additional services are required beyond the initial booking, extra charges may apply.
- If a vehicle is excessively dirty (e.g., excessive mud, pet hair, or biohazardous materials), additional charges may apply, or service may be refused.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept cash, card payments, and online transfers.
- Any outstanding payments must be settled before the vehicle is released to the customer.
5. Liability and Damages
- Motoiva is fully insured, and every precaution is taken to avoid damage to vehicles. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that may worsen during the detailing process.
- Customers must inform us of any existing damage before the service begins.
- If any damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with our insurance provider to resolve the issue.
6. Customer Satisfaction
- We aim to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
- Refunds are not provided but we may offer a re-service at our discretion.
7. Weather Policy
- For mobile detailing services, adverse weather conditions may affect our ability to complete the service. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience.
