Ceramic Coating

Service Description

- We carefully apply the ceramic coating to all the painted surfaces of your vehicle, all the exterior trim, wheels & glass. The ceramic coating will not only leave your vehicle looking extremely glossy, it will also leave it with incredible hydrophobic properties. Depending on which coating you choose from us it will last between 3-4+ years. You will also be entitled to go onto our maintenance program, which we recommend doing as this will help ensure your newly ceramic coated vehicle remains in top condition all year round.  - The option to have a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle is only available to those who choose one of our services that includes a Paint Stage Correction.  - Please make sure you book this immediately after you book one of our machine polishing services, as you will need a time slot within a 24-hour window of having the original service to get the ceramic coating applied to your vehicle - We have 3 main size categories for our Car Cleaning & Detailing services, if you are unsure which category your vehicle fits into then please use our size guide which can be found on the Before You Book Online Page. Additional Information: Any vehicle that has had one of our ceramic coatings applied to it will need to be left for at least 24 hours in the dry. If you do not have a garage or some kind of shelter to protect the vehicle during this period, then that is no problem as long as the weather remains dry, and the temperature doesn't drop too low we can work with it. Please inform us if that is the case.

Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel or re-schedule your service free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Less than 24 hours notice will unfortunately result in a 25% cancellation fee. If you cancel your service within 60 minutes of the start time, you will then be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If we are delayed or are expecting to arrive late by more than 10 minutes from the start time of your appointment then we shall try to contact you and inform you of this delay, if we are delayed and expect to arrive over 60 minutes late from the original start time of your appointment then we will contact you, inform you of the issues and then offer one of the three options. The first option is to carry on with the appointment if viable to both you and the mobile valet, the second is to offer you the ability to re-schedule your appointment for another free time slot, the third option being a full refund.
